State Higher Education Agencies provide information on state education programs, colleges and universities, student aid assistance programs, grants, scholarships, continuing education programs, career opportunities, and some guaranty agencies. Most states require students to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by the state deadline to receive money to help pay for postsecondary education.
