Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship Program
Under the Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship Program, ED gives money to state higher education grant agencies to provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors. Each state grant agency has its own application and deadline. To find a state grant agency's website, click here.
Jacob K. Javits Fellowship Program
