Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship Program
Under the Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship Program, ED gives money to state education agencies to provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors. Each state education agency has its own application and deadline. To find a state agency's Web site, click here.
